Not more important, but significant

If Paul had believed that Christians in general ought to proclaim the gospel in the same way as himself, Colossians 4:3-6 would have been the perfect occasion for him to have said so. In no other passage in his letters does Paul turn from discussing his own missionary speech to his readers' missionary speech. All he had to do was say something like, "let your word be always with grace so that you too may proclaim Christ as you should". But he doesn't say anything like this. Instead, he attaches missionary significance to the Christian's daily answers just as he does to his own evangelistic proclamation.
